Children

  • Young children must be within arm’s reach
  • All under 16 must be accompanied by a parent
  • Children under 16 must wear a bicycle helmet when riding a bike (per NC Law)
  • Do not allow children to throw rocks

Visitors

  • All persons not registered at check-in are considered visitors
  • Campers must notify the office of any visitors prior to arrival
  • Daytime Guest: $10 per person/per day (must be out by 10 pm)
  • Overnight Guest: $20 per person/per night

Pets

At HWY 29 RV Park, we strive to create a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests, including our four-legged friends. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we ask all pet owners to adhere to the following policies:
 
  • Aggressive Breeds – Aggressive dog breeds are discouraged. Management reserves the right to assess any pet’s behavior and request removal if deemed a risk to others.
  • Leash Requirement – All pets must be on a leash at all times while outside, except when inside the designated gated pet area. Retractable leashes must be limited to six feet.
  • Gated Pet Area – Pets may be off-leash only within the designated gated pet area. Owners must supervise their pets at all times.
  • Barking & Noise Control – Excessive barking or disturbances will not be tolerated. If a pet becomes a nuisance to other guests, the owner may be asked to leave the park without a refund.
  • Pet Waste Cleanup – Owners are responsible for immediately picking up after their pets and properly disposing of waste in designated receptacles. Failure to do so may result in fines or removal from the park.
  • Removal Policy – HWY 29 RV Park reserves the right to require the removal of any pet or guest who fails to comply with this policy. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
 
By bringing a pet onto HWY 29 RV Park property, guests agree to abide by this policy. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the premises.

GARBAGE DUMSPTERS

  • All household trash must be bagged and placed in the dumpster near the entrance gate
  • Do not put electronic devices, chairs, grills, chemicals, flammable/hazardous materials, or burnt materials in the dumpster

Winter Notice

  • You will be notified when the temperature drops below 32°F.

Damages due to non-compliance will be financially the responsibility of the guest.
HWY 29 RV Park, its owner, employees, and representatives are not liable for any loss due to fire, theft, accidents, acts of nature, or other causes. Management reserves the right to refuse service or evict any guest who creates a disturbance or deliberately breaks any park rules, without prior notice or reimbursement.
